This Privacy Policy provides an overview of Restore California's Middle Class Coalition, including energy companies who produce gas, oil, jobs and pay taxes (hereafter referred to as Restore California’s Middle Class Coalition) practices regarding the online collection, use, sharing, and protection of personally identifiable information. The Policy only covers Restore California’s Middle Class Coalition practices and does not cover any subsidiary, affiliate, or third party privacy practices.

It is unlikely that Restore California’s Middle Class Coalition or any of its subsidiaries or agents would solicit you for personal financial information. If you suspect that an email, phone call or letter asking you for personal information, money or temporary employment may be fraudulent and Restore California’s Middle Class Coalition name is used in connection with that solicitation, or if you believe that your personal information has been compromised by Restore California’s Middle Class Coalition please contact us immediately.
